tenure track faculty. The Faculty Housing Office can recommend local
real estate agents who may be helpful. Also furnished sublets from
faculty on leave become available from time to time which you might
find to be a helpful transition for your first semester or year at NYU.
A sublet would allow you to explore the immediate area as well as
the areas surrounding Manhattan before committing to a long term
lease.
