Jeffrey,
I put an informal call through to Rod Christie•Miller last week, indicating that we are continuing to put
pressure on the Daily Telegraph to retract their outrageous description of you, and it was now becoming
inevitable that we would have to seek to undermine the comfort they have clearly got from the D of Y's
unfavourable references to you by pointing out that she and her daughters had availed of your hospitality
immediately following your release from prison and right up until recently.
He took on board what I was saying, and asked me to hold off seeking instructions from you in this regard
until he had spoken again to his client. He has indicated that he will revert to me again on Monday.
I am holding off following up with the Daily Telegraph In the Interim.
Kind regards.
Paul
