week. If they work 8 hours , 4 people they charged us $29.62 /hr for there services in
addition they charged for Larry's house. With the new charges per hour we will pay
$2816 monthly fee and the Pilot house is included.
Winter time November — February they should work less hours per weak as there will be
no work at the Pilot house. Please confirm. How Aspen can explain the current charge ?

On average min 4 men plus Jose come to the ranch each week, 32 / 4 = 8hrs per man per
week, not including Jose.
$22.00 / 4 = $5.50 per hour per man
I'm not comfortable about this, but if you are then i will accept there offer

In finding a new company, you would loose the years of experience
Aspen possesses in regards to the Ranch. Consider this: 32
hrs @ $22.00 per hr, including the 8 months for the Pilot
House. Also, at the moment Zorro is the only client to
require Liability Insurance. Consider dropping this
requirement.
Jose would prefer not to loose this contract and the ongoing
relationship he has had with you and the Ranch for many
years. Let's continue talking.

Perhaps the following will help:
In 2006, Aspen provided 32 hrs labor per week @ $23
per hr; in 2007, 32 hrs @ $23 per hr; in 2008, 32 hrs
@ $23 per hr. In July, 2009, the Pilot House was
added - 4 additional hrs @ $25 per hr. In 2010, the
hourly rate increased to $25 (our standard rate is
$28 per hr) for both the Main House and Ranch
Central, making the monthly net billing, before NM
Gross Receipts Tax, for the Main House and Ranch
Central $3,791.67 and the Pilot House $433.33, for a
total of $4,225.00. Note that Aspen provides
maintenance for the Pilot House April-November only.
