utility stub outs beyond flat work lines ..after this is done we can start fine grade and form work
at 5 palms...will start the fire pit base slab on wed. sundial ...Jules and Manolo should have the
area to grade and compacted by wed afternoon ,then i can layout and start form work on Thurs.
....the grotto steps will have to be after alternating pours at 5 palms and the sundial.. unless you
want the grotto done first...let me know ..thanks
