I am really trying to work with them. We've been through basic things over and over an I'm sorry
to say they just can't absorb any new information. They've been doing the same thing for 20 years
and its seems to me almost impossible to break these habits.
Example- asked Lynn to NEVER make the smoked salmon platter for breakfast again 2 months
ago, told her its not what we serve to the guests and I will take care of all thing food related. Sure
enough I walk in tues morning to make breakfast and there it is!! The smoked salmon and sable
with tomato and dill platter she worked on all morning. A waste if time and smoke fish...
I certainly could have stayed in the kitchen lat night all night and I apologize for being downstairs
I was getting ready all the stews and short ribs and jerky for your departure this evening and
wanted to have it done by time I left last night.
It's like everyday we go through things and then the next day we just start from scratch again. If I
could get through to them everything would be so simple
Christina, my girlfriend, has off this tues and weds. III hold a training class on one if those days
and see if this helps. I will explain to them this is a mandatory training course and they must be
there.
