my discussion with my investor was very good, my strategy is working. If all goes well I will turn
their 19m into a restricted data license plus I will receive guaranteed data acquisition fee &
royalties. As soon as I have 100% of the equity back I will start fund raising and will only do one
round of +50m as you suggested, then IPO in Hong Kong or maybe NASDAQ.
