Thank you for responding, unfortunately I will need to withdraw my bid. I have lowered
my bid twice and cannot take a chance in losing money on this project. Because of
the nature of the job and limited access to the terraces, I see lots of manual labor
involved. My bid is set up to guard against change orders. I have tried to be
competitive on all my bids to Zorro.
