Yes, its almost identical process for the extension of 01 as filing the original. However, the
extension is more strenuous and harder as we have to now give evidence that the benefi iary (you)
was always in status and complied with all the regulations as laid down for 0 visa. We have to
provide the documentry evidence of continuing your occupation as Extra ordinary person, job
records, employment, salary etc. We have to figure it out, nothing is impossible !
1 am meeting a client at 11 am tomorrow will be there as well, so if you call around 12 it will
be fine las court after that, but if J is tine talking with me, I will be there all day (almost).
