Hi Jeffrey,
I am trying to work out the contract with the hotel and really need to let them know how
many rooms we are booking. Deadline is tomorrow. I have told them 12 rooms since
we have 8 participants plus I put in 4 extra rooms in case s few of them bring their
assitants or we add a few other people as Minsky has suggested. OK?
