Ask bill how the calculation changes, if in addition to their hourly wage ,the
laborers that he postulated. to calculate output, also bought stock early in a
foreign based dot com , that has now appreciated tenfold. How would he calculate
funds available for their use. Or even GDP . Or would he consider the shares of
stock , a sort of plow/tool
