I understand that you called my attorney's office yesterday, but did not speak with him. Regardless, I have
requested that Sy Bressler forward you copies of the Estate tax returns.
As you are aware of from my October 11 to you, " This week we filled form #1041-U.S Income Tax return for
Estates and Trusts, and form #1040-U.S.. Individual income Tax Return, for 2011", I have done my best to keep
you informed about the Estate.
