Can we discuss this over the weekend?
To me, there are a number of things wrong with the world's immunization systems
but the one where I think there is room for coolness that no one has tried might
relate to your idea about Mother's Army. So the suggestion would that you don't
even need health care workers to do this. Train a handful of mom's and set them
free. Sort of create like a Rotary Club or Lion's Club or something similar with
the full scale mission of getting moms to immunize their kids.
Check out the slides. See if you think it is appropriate. If you do, I will make
the proposal and the deck.

We are in the final throes of preparation for the Routine Immunization (RI)

below. Apologies for sending them a day late - we hope you will still have time
to at least take a peak before Monday.
Reminder: If you haven't already done so, please fill out the RI
survey<http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/3XQJZ37> by EOD today
Updates
The meeting room has moved to San Juan Island
Breakfast will now be available starting at 8:15am
Information on the pre-reads
The attached materials have some very preliminary work that the team
has conducted. Per our email last week, we are asking you to be thought partners
in working through the materials rather than 'good harsh critics' to prepare us
for a discussion with leadership (we will we asking for the latter later on in
our strategy process, but not on Monday!)
Some pre-reads are recommended for everyone, and some are optional for
those of you that feel you'd like a bit more context before Monday
