which require additional inspections, we need to cover those additional =
inspections in the agreement as well. I will come up with language. In -
addition to the described Gulfstream Prebuy inspection, and any =
additional inspections necessitated by the results of the described -
Gulfstream Prebuy, for both of which no agreement or consent from Seller =
shall be required, we can add in the contract that there will be such =
additional inspections as Purchaser Requests and Seller consents to, =
provided that Seller's consent cannot be unreasonably withheld.
