Jeffrey,
Please see the attached plan sketches for the main residence. I apologize for the fact that
these are crude diagrams, but I think they reflect what we discussed yesterday.
Sk 1 - Option 1:
• I don't think this works well - too many stairs!! But I moved the pool stair, and added
the formal "palatial" stairs. There would be some sort of landscape courtyard area at the
bottom of the formal stairs.
Sk 2 & 3 - Options 2 & 3:
• I added the formal "palatial" stairs. If we have these, we should use them to also get to
the pool, so I eliminate the separate pool stair. Both options have you going down the
formal stairs to the lower landscaped courtyard area, at around +42' (a little higher than
the service road, so we can hide it from view. Then there is a smaller stair down to the
pool entrance.
• Option 2 keeps the new living room per the latest design.
• Option 3 reduces the living room, and expands the office. We would need to review how
this connects to the new living room.
The team is updating the 3d views of the living room portion, so please send me your
comments, and we will incorporate them. The team is also working on the 3d views of the
flagpole pool area, and we will send those as soon as they reflect what we discussed.
Thanks,
Warwick
