Ambassador Rivkin wishes to thank Mr. Epstein for the kind invite and suggestion of
coming to St. Bans to meet with him there. Ambassador Rivkin is hoping Mr. Epstein
would please forgive and understand that he is hoping for a relaxing vacation with his
family and a chance to spend time with his son who is away at college and has not seen
since December, and instead would like to extend an invite to Mr. Epstein that next time
he travels to Paris if you could please be in touch to have lunch at the U.S. Ambassador's
