Sorry for my delay. I have been in and out of the office as we had our second
child last week. In a nutshell we are trying to pay 10k every month. In fact next
week we will pay another 10k. That should put us at 724k then year end 704k.
By end of March should be 670k and I hope we can double up somewhere and
get it to 650k. If you want more details I will be happy to set aside some time to
do something more formal.

We have paid 245k in back 1042 tax payments through July and 50k back to the line.
Obviously, we would like the balance to be 600k or 650k by the end of the first quarter
