for the record:
regarding Kern the painter,. she told me that she would "touch up" paint her work when project was completed,
never spoke about charging for this,. I told her what I expected during the project as far as sealing the wood and
trim work, as part of her original quote. She charged a lot of money per room in her original quote, and I
expected a professional job at these prices, that was the reason I told her to seal any areas with sealant where
the wood met the hanger floor surface to prevent bugs or water from settling under the lower floor rooms.
