With Hands, it's part consultant part success fee, as with other PE client, BXR. I went to see other houses
today. St Kath's may be low on volume but very high on charm. Prob is owner won't come down lower
than 7.6m or so.

inssight would be very valuable.. I would structure your deals as an investment bank , not as a
consulatant.. 1 % of deal etc.
