Dear Trent,
I spoke with Linda Conaway from Regions just now by telephone and she said she spoke with
you last week. She is looking for either an agreement to repay the loan by monthly payments
(full amount plus interest) or for a lump sum offer in writing. I want to make a lump sum offer,
but need your guidance as to the amount. I will make the offer personally but it might be better
coming from you. I trust your judgment.
Can you call or email me with you advice? The amount owed is $200,000.00 plus about $6,000
interest. You had suggested starting at 20%. I will follow your advice completely, as I have no
idea where to start the process.
