he doesn't talk on the phone (ever) but I was hoping he'd think about it
i think his stress level is also through the roof right now - especially after a weekend of fighting w the other steve
not sure how much longer he will hang on.
there is one really huge issue/decision that needs to be made that will change the course of the company.
have been trying to support/distract and his eyes light up when he gets to think about fun things with you
but he still wants me to be around when he sees you, not sure why
i'm hoping that will change
without applying pressure on him i told him i would help him write up some ideas for you (meetings to host)
he's given me three of them and would attend and do whatever he could to help shape
i've put together a skeleton outline and he said he would look at it over the weekend but instead he say at his
computer and crunched numbers.
trying my best to not nag or annoy him and just find ways to be supportive and offer different stuff to think about.
there are very few windows since the big fights at work are getting much bigger.
thanks for listening and helping....i appreciate and i know he does too
