I can check on fees since December. I think the three new proposals were about $45 for the main
residence area (living room and pool options), $30K for the guest cottages (which we were supposed to
start, but were then put on hold), $25K for the Spa (which we did start, and then put on the back-
burner), and $15K for the Flagpole Pool. We've been paid ;/: on each of those.
