Please let me know the following re the Minsky conference:
1. Are dates of December 9-12?
2. Is it okay to invite Joe Rosen (Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center - Plastic Surgery)
as per Minsky request?
3. Can each of the participants have their immediate 2nd in commands come along
as per Minsky request?
4. Can I book 1st class tickets for participants and their spouses?
