I couldn't figure out why sometimes he likes cobb salads and sometimes he doesn't

so finally i asked him.
his theory is that while eating a restaurant you are not allowed to make more than one modification
if you make more than 2 modifications you are rude
"they aren't personal chefs, it is a restaurant"
he doesn't like crumbled eggs or avocados. that's 2 things.
oh, and on the egg thing - it's a 'protein hierarchy" issue.
things that were once alive are not to be "crumbled"
he says "have you ever seen beef crumbles?"
