Someone needs to supervise the install of the hangar door
also there is the bathroom, kitchen and nap rooms to be complete
Recommendation
instead of getting a other sub contractor,
why don't we employee 3 carpenters for a month
at the same time the hangar door is been installed, install of kitchen etc occurs, under our
supervision
It would mean Tom and I would periodically go down to check on both projects
this work will probably start within the next two weeks
are you OK with this approach
