Ireland and Scotland don't issue the visas , I have to apply in London. We r trying Belfast. I can't
apply in Belgium or anywhere else in Europe . Only paris ( that because I am not a resident )

to issue one . obviously a can't tell them that it is
emergency , as i am not supposed to work on tourist
