I talked to Mark Macalister and he's to call me back on the big doors, roll up or folding.
here's my pass at a scope of work that I would like you to comment on and expand where needed
Big door solution
repair/replace two roll up doors(come off track if open past 3/4 up)
strip and paint floor
paint walls and ceiling
new halogen ceiling light fixtures, do you have a fixture in mind and how much light you would like?
elect will need to be redone as 1/2 the building doesn't work
new generator, is manual switching ok,and is the current size adequate ?(subject to additional load for door
power)
Things I need more data on
bath room program
office program(it definitely needs cross bracing to keep it from falling over!!!)
