Spoke to Larry, your call but I think we are in jeopardy of this deal falling apart. I have
already laid those numbers( 12.1 and 1.5 ) I front of them, they came back with
numbers like 11m and 1.8m in the end I think they are ready to go forward at 11.9m
for 750 and I know 1.6 for 472 and I will try to get it for less.
During the sale period of 472 you cover the insurance and hangar and it gets added to
the amount of the trade value which I pay you when I sell the ship. Maintenance is my
responsibility
Your call please advise I know you wan this sold and this looks very real.
