Daily top half of front page is me with next Prime Minister of China. Ceremony
in Great Hall where they hosted Obama. At dinner Mayor spoke extemporaneously.
Never seen before by his staff or any of my Chinese friends. Chinese leaders just
don't speak extemporaneously cause it can be dangerous. This move has been
