Good morning Mr. Epstein,
I spoke with Chad yesterday late afternoon and he accepted your offer of $2500.00. He also is
looking forward to future work as he can repair the stucco on the Main House when we are ready
to do it. We will gather the materials next week as he plans to start next Friday, and work straight
through to get it finished.
