I spoke with Leon about the Mcmo I sent earlier outlining considerations for the new Will and
Revocable Trust. He wanted to be sure a couple of items were not part of tomorrow's discussion,
specifically:
• The trusts for family members and friends (the Turner and Rembrandt Trusts)-- Item II
D 3.
• Placing a cap on distributions of principal from the Marital Trust--Item II F I a.
• The NY spousal right of election.
I called Jessica to let her know and she will convey the message to Alan.
