I spoke with Igor today and expressed to him that if he needed to find full time work that you
would be ok with that. He told me he wanted to talk with you to understand more about your
past conversation of you taking care of his son. He also said he is ok to go to 50% cut and only
wants the best for you. He is staying at Palm Beach house and would like to speak with you via
telephone or in person and if that is not possible he could communicate thru me.
Please advise if I should cut his salary from 108,000 to 54,000 effective 1/31/2011.
