The pre approved amounts for Stone, Colombian Sand and Manufactured Sand will be depleted
after today's pick up and Gary has requested approval for the following:
500 tons of stone at a cost of $16,090 plus trucking of $5,400 totaling $21,490
500 tons of Colombian Sand costing $35,000 plus trucking of $5,400 totaling $40,400
500 tons of Manufactured Sand costing $20,720 plus trucking of $5,400 totaling $26,120
Overall total is $88,010 which is to be used for block fill on cottage #4, New Bath, Old
Office/Game Room, Pool Decks and Roads
