Dennis Martian the other broker/Buyers on the Bell 407, would like to speak with you directly, if you are willing
tomorrow. It appears they have spent a lot of time waiting for a counter offer and I think they put all their efforts
in our helicopter, and they don't like speaking to me anymore, I do believe they will go 1.750M, I ask them to
share with us what price they where getting from the buyer? , they where not willing to disclose that to me,. I
told him the price was 1.8M as of this morning, they seamed surprised that you countered that high. They are
getting a little huffy, and Dennis thinks, He's going to talk you into selling for a lower price,. un-believable,.
Facts: there are doing a back to back deal, including shipping the helicopter out of the country,.
Facts: they will not disclose their final price to the real buyers.
Facts: I told Dennis we have an other offer higher than 1.7M on the table and that number wasn't going to get it
done..end of story.
please advise if you would like to speak to Dennis tonight or tomorrow?
