been thinking about the above
approach the following way.
why not cut back/clean out all over grown/dying plant material and start with a clean canvas
this will enable us to establish firm proposals for replanting
Terraces remove existing sandstone and ballistard from both
Lay new roofing material.
this will give you time to decide on the final decking to be installed
shall i proceed with estimates to do this work
