I) Fortress is asking for a form W-9 for Jeepers. May I provide the W9 to Fortress.
also,
2) Jeepers currently has only a bank account in the V.I. (First Bank). May I open a bank
account for Jeepers at JP Morgan for the funds that Jeepers will receive from the
settlement.
