on with Amex! Because we have booked their flights already they have to get off plane in Miami
and go through customs and collect their bags...they land at 4: I 0pm The connecting flight is
American but they would have to lug their bags (and 3 of them are 30 klg each) through customs
and to the next flight departing at 5:55pm. The agent I am speaking with is afraid they would
miss the connection ...I have the flights on HOLD. Please advise if I should purchase the
connecting flight.
