Nathan is sending the French versions of Modernist Cuisine and Modernist Cuisine at Home ...
we will also ship the Photography ofModernist Cuisine (English only). We've been collecting the
French versions and I wanted to research the Customs issue so there was no inconvenience to
Arian. I think we'll be ready to ship Monday or Tuesday and I then planned to update you. I
should also have tracking numbers which I can forward. Sound good?
