I left word with catering we needed to cancel...Jeffrey had reserved the Cheakamus
Conf. Room on the concourse level of the hotel...it is one floor below the main
floor. I have been speaking with Jean Gerard in the catering department-if the
room is to still be used, I need to know! I left him a message and emailed him
we would no longer be needing it! (It is reserved under Enhanced Education)
