should have a document for each individual traveling out of caution. I
really don't know what is best, but if we could get our hands on this
first document you have so kindly put together and Jeffrey decides he
is comfortable having his assistants apply with this, we can do so. It
can take up to 15 business days to obtain a Japanese visa. (However
we can also pay to expedite the process which I am sure we will do) I
would greatly appreciate it.

As you can read the direction from the Foreign Ministry, it says

out of office.

our Visa
Application agency
who specializes in
Japanese visas that
Japan is quite strict
and the rejection
rate is high...they
strongly encourage
us to have a letter
for each individual
traveling...Would it
be possible to
please work up the
documents in
Karyna and
names as well?
