period for 2 months on the photos by which the photos would need to be sold by NY
Magazine to you...after the 2 months after publication, the photos can be purchased through
the photographer by you. Just like the words of Michael are his and belong to him as a
freelancer, the pictures are the same. Marvin says he needs to know asap if this will be a
problem and if we can continue on with this photo shoot... He says this is just the way it
works...
