They land at 12:55 pm (basically 1 pm) - by the time they gather luggage and drive from the
airport to the East End of the island, it will be about 1:40 -2:00 pm - give or take traffic.
I will call the hotel Friday morning - check in about the checking out of the present occupants,
and if the occupants are staying until 12 pm - ask them to please have the suite ready for 1:30 pm
