Yes, she knows, as I think it is best to get out in the fore front , otherwise
all we will do is possibly waste your valuable time, If I don't mention it, there
of course will be so much interest up front, but it will result in a teaser
situation and then have people back out in the end, I try to get a feel for the
candidate, so that at least we know they have an open mind, I really want to
find someone , and have Jeffery feel comfortable interviewing someone that is at
least possible, I realize everyone's time is valuable the last thing I want is to
have an inflexible person meet Jeffrey, have him interested to later find they
are not flexible, So in essence , 'I'm trying my best to be respectful of both
your time and Jeffery's. :)
