As a born and raised New Yorker I am well aware that NYC miracles do exist - it's not a
myth that there is a great sublet out there just waiting for me. I am selling my
apartment and expect it to go fast so I would theoretically be looking to move in
the fall between October and December. I am asking my NYC friends and
networkers to keep your eyes and ears open and pass this email around.
I am a great tenant! I have owned my own apartment in Gramercy, in a white glove
building, for 11 years and am a very thoughtful tenant and neighbor. I am an
energy medicine practioner so I bring good energy to the apartment and I am the
Tina of Tony&Tina Vibrational Remedies, a beauty and lifestyle company and with
that comes an appreciation for style and beauty.
What I would ideally love:
I. A safe clean building
2. Lots of light
3. Over 850 square feet
4. A great bathroom
5. An outdoor space would be ideal
6. Nice neighbors would be ideal
I am open to all neighborhoods at this point.
