Ike...we would like to get on your calendar as soon as possible to get this done. Please let us
know when you can start this work.
Regarding the work that still needs to be done at 159 Oenoke Ridge, we would like to get on
your schedule for this as well, but would prefer the 120 Oak be done first if we need to make a
choice.
