If you could go the Tax Assessor's office above Walter Stuarts and tell them you are applying for
the special permit and need to advise our neighbors within a 100 ft circumference of our house,
they will give you the names and addressees of who all we need to alert via certified mail. I will
leave you a complete set of documents that I picked up on Friday in the kitchen...take a look...I
am not sure what all we need/don't need.
I have certified mail forms at my office and can bring home. you will need to leave the
names/addresses for me so I can write everything up and go to the post office on Wed. Or you
can scan and email them to me...
I am hoping Steven gets back to me on where we arc with the final survey review...we need to
get going... We want to be moving in to the house in 4 weeks. time goes quick..
