There were 2 showings of your property this week. There are currently 4 other
rentals available in that are within the same price range as yours.
We have been at $8750 for 3 weeks. June 1 is a month away. People looking for
June 1will be looking/making offer this week or next. I think we should lower to
$8500 or $8450. Thoughts.
