I will get you a quote on sprinkler soon. Chill. I have to grade and do a bunch
of stuff. We may want to take it one step at a time. First sprinkler guy then I
can just get topsoil and seed and do the plants after. Let me get the sprinkler
thing straighten out today.

Hey Bob. Where are you with landscaping quotes? Can you get someone to give you
actual pricing as a quote so we can compare? Please oh please I hope you can do
better. I need to follow up with Anna also (who you met) and see what she has
going on. I think we are comfortable good faith Dobson for irrigation because
they installed our current system and have been good.
Their price seems to be in line.
