Evergreens are white pines. They are pine trees that grow fast. In 3 years you won't
know you have a rear neighbor. I am open to suggestions. They use bamboo in the
condos next door. Look at their back yard.

interesting idea...[ know ash and pet had an issue with bamboo one time though at
their house on Fire Island...I like evergreens..we have those now as well and they
have grown tremendously and provide great coverage...

There are more options than white pines. Bamboo is a very invasive but a great screen

We need a complete sprinkler system for gardens and lawn
At least 6 to 8 tandems of topsoil
Grade and seed with hydro seeder (option for sod)
Need screening from neighbor in rear (white pines)?
Need plant list for front gardens and screening on the back side of the wing wall for the
backup generator.
Front driveway stone rear driveway paved. Fix curbing
Install basketball hoop (owner supplied)
You have to make it simple for him. He can have Staples blow this plan up for him. He
probably has one of those landscape programs.
