Do you think you want padding for under the carpet in basement? Obviously will
cost less to not have it but it would be nicer to have it. If there was ever a
water issue it is more trouble to fix if you have padding. ... Thoughts? Or are
you wanting to bounce a basketball off it and prefer no padding?
