we have a great idea to power the entire island using solar and his
existing generators. It will be a true independent Micro-Grid backed
up by WAPA. There will be no Line Loss because all power will be
used or stored on site. We never got this far in our discussions last
year and I feel its time to get back to it. Please have him call me to
